Non fault accidents
If you or your client is unlucky enough to be a victim in one of the thousands of road traffic accidents that occur to motorcyclists each year, Hexagon Motorcycles can help, regardless of insurance cover.
We’ll take over the management of the accident, liaising with both parties’ insurance companies, providing the accident victim with recovery and repair facilities as well as a replacement motorcycle until their own motorcycle has been repaired or a cheque is received from the insurance company in the case of a write off.
All our motorcycles are supplied on credit-hire so our costs are paid for by the "at fault" driver’s insurance company.
Our service can be summarized as follows:
- We contact clients within 30 minutes of receiving a referral
- We will deliver a replacement motorcycle within 4-6 hours anywhere on the UK mainland.
- Our vehicle stock extends from 50cc to 1300cc with model types to suit any requirement. Our stock is not more than 2 years old and is fully comprehensively insured.
- We operate and provide delivery, recovery services and help lines 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- We have a fully equipped modern workshop, specialising in crash repairs.
- We have extensive secure and safe storage facilities for vehicles awaiting inspection.
- We provide detailed estimating for all damaged vehicles.
- We can supply replacement helmets and clothing.
- The minimum age for hire is 16.
